Emotion Code (virtual appointment)

What is the Emotion Code:
Created by Dr. Brad Nelson, the Emotion Code is a healing modality that uses muscle testing to ask the body information regarding trapped emotions. Trapped emotions are emotions that could have been felt or experienced at a time in your life that was so intense, it can leave an energy stuck in your physical body.  A negative emotion would leave a negative energy, and negative energy attracts more negative energy! Consider it like a cellular memory similar to a memory we carry in our brain, but this memory is a ball of negative energy stuck in a place in our body, sometimes causing physical pain.

The Emotion code is a systematic way of testing your body for a variety of possible emotions, and by process of elimination, your body will reveal what needs to be released. Layer by layer, you can chip away at emotional barriers that you didn't even know you have been carrying along with you.

What to expect:

Removing trapped emotions is the process of releasing negative energy from the body. Through certain life experiences, emotions can be felt so strongly that their energetic imprint remains within us. Letting go of these trapped emotions can bring greater calmness, love, and inner peace. When LeAnne connects with you, whether at a distance or by proxy, she asks which emotions are ready to be released first. Your subconscious mind knows exactly which negative energy vibrations it’s ready to let go of, and in what order. Like peeling back the layers of an onion, the outer layers must be released before reaching deeper ones. You may or may not consciously recognize the emotions or experiences that surface. Sometimes a memory returns, or an approximate age comes to mind. Only you can make those connections—your subconscious remembers everything, even when your conscious mind does not.

  • Clients should drink a glass of water prior to your appointment time. The same way you would before a deep tissue massage as the emotions are trapped within the body similar to the way muscle tissue gets knots and being hydrated helps the body release these emotions.

  • After your session you will receive an email highlighting and explaining the emotions released from your body.

LeAnne would love any feedback you may have as to any physiological changes you may experience, it may be a feeling or an actual physical occurrence. You may feel tired as your body processes, or you may feel echoes of the emotions.

LEANNE REARDON, MOT, MT

LeAnne is a Manual Osteopathic Therapist who graduated with honours from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada, In Edmonton Alberta, in 2020. She moved from St. John’s to Alberta in 2015 to pursue her education. LeAnne has always been very passionate about holistic health and wellness and has always had a tremendous compassion towards others; it brings her great pleasure to be able help others achieve whole body wellness and attain optimal, pain free quality of life.

She understands that every client coming into the office is unique, each and every body tells a different story. Years of experience in massage therapy has taught her that each individual body is like a puzzle. The body shows symptoms, however, the source of the problems might be far from where the symptoms are present. This is possible as all systems in our body are interconnected and interdependent through our fascial network. This complexity led her to take the training for Manual Osteopathy, which assesses and treats the body as whole, three dimensional structure.

Her therapeutic interest lies in TMJ dysfunction, the neck and its connection with your pelvis, upregulated nervous system (such as migraines), headaches, and myofascial pain.  Furthermore, the ‘gut-brain’ (our second brain) relationship and its influence on the musculoskeletal system. She emphasizes on organ-specific fascial mobilization (Visceral Manipulation) not only to increase mobility and motility of organs, but also to decrease the symptoms in muscles and joints. LeAnne’s treatment goal with each client is to find the root cause of pain and injury and work to restore things back to optimal function.

LeAnne is extremely excited to begin her new adventure at Winterholme, and the opportunity to work with like minded healthcare professionals.
