Arriving later than your scheduled appointment time, will result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment with applicable charges. Please note that each division of Winterholme will have it’s own paperwork, meaning each new appointment type may require initial paperwork.

We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items and valuables are best left at home. During your treatment your body will be professionally draped and it is just your undergarments to remain on for your comfort. If you do not feel comfortable removing articles of clothing, with proper sheet draping, please ensure you wear comfortable loose clothing.
