24-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please understand that a 25% cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled without this 24-hour notice.

We ask that new clients check in 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out some paperwork. Arriving later than your scheduled appointment time, will result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment with applicable charges.

A robe and footwear will be provided during your services. At your discretion, swimsuits can be worn during mineral bath treatments. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items and valuables are best left at home. Please remember to bring any cosmetic accessories and toiletries you may need. During your treatment your body will be professionally draped and it is just your undergarments to remain on for your comfort.

Gratuities are appreciated, at your discretion. You can leave them directly with your esthetician or upon check out.

Big changes coming for Winterholme in 2016.

ST. JOHN'S, NL, OCTOBER 2015 -  Winterholme Heritage Inn & Spa is excited to announce upcoming changes to its business structure and service options, moving from a Heritage Inn, to a Wellness Center. This has been necessitated by their growing customer base and the desire to offer more to their clients. All of these changes will take effect in January 2016. 

They will no longer offer bed & breakfast suites, but will continue to offer spa services, as well as spaces for meetings, weddings and private events. Winterholme has partnered with Thrive Therapeutic Massage to bring their clients the Wellness side of Winterholme. In place of the suites, they will offer services such as Registered Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Yoga and more - the exact list of services will be announced in the coming months.
"We have loved every minute in the Bed & Breakfast industry, but are looking to make a well needed change for the building, the owners, its staff and its clients," said one of the proprietors. "Although it will be sad to see the suites go, we are extremely excited about this change into the wellness industry. Our clients will receive top of the line services while enjoying the beauty and comfort of this Queen Anne heritage structure."
In terms of the suites, the business will run as usual until the end of the year, December 31, 2015. So those with current suite reservations or Winterholme gift cards will have up until the end of the year to use them for suites. However, come January 2016 those gift cards can be used towards spa and wellness services as well as events. They will contact those with current 2016 suite bookings very soon. Those with events or spa services booked for 2016 onward will not be affected by this change.
