APPOINTMENTS :
Please call (709) 739-7979 or email relax@winterholme.com to reserve your appointment. A valid major credit card is required at time of booking to secure your reservation.

CANCELLATION:
24-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please understand that a 25% cancellation fee will be charged if canceled without this 24-hour notice.

CHECK IN & LATE ARRIVAL:
We ask that new clients check in 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out some paper work. Arriving later than your scheduled appointment time, will result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment with applicable charges.

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING:
A robe and footwear will be provided for you during your services. To your discretion, swimsuits can be worn during mineral bath treatments. We are not responsible for lost of misplaced items and any valuables are best left at home. Please remember to bring any cosmetic accessories and toiletries you may need. During your treatment your body will be professionally draped and it is just your undergarments to remain on for your comfort.

GRATUITIES:
Gratuities are appreciated, at your discretion. You can leave them directly with your esthetician or upon check out.
