FUNCTION AREA
The large Main Foyer and Two Adjoining Living Rooms are open for your usage. Access to the back garden depends on the season, weather, etc.

24 people Sit-Down Reception - $550
60 people Standing Cocktail Reception - $550

Cost to add a Wedding Ceremony - $200
Start time would be as early as 1 pm. End time is no later than 10 pm.
When all 11 suites are reserved, breakfast is served between 9-10:30 am (instead of 8-9:30 am)
A deposit of $500 is required upon booking and is non-refundable but
reusable for a different date if cancelled one month before the event.
If less than one months notice is given, the deposit is non-reusable.
If cancelled less than a week prior to the event, an additional charge
of $300 is incurred and is non-reusable.
